K9 Scent Games’ scent work trials offer four levels of difficulty as well as an FEO option.
Your dog will always have an option to trial-
you can choose to stay at a level for as long as you like,
move up to a more challenging level or even go back to a less challenging level.
This will allow your dog to be able to participate as long as they are enjoying playing the games!
The first three levels, Novice, Advanced and Excellent,
offer 5 different search elements:
Interiors, Exteriors, Containers, Solo and FastFinds.
These three levels also offer 2 Divisions- Standard and Pro.
Our fourth and most challenging level, Premier, will offer search areas, rather
than elements. Each search area will consist of a choice of various types of scent games.
K9 Scent Games offers training for judges, mentorship programs for hosts and
coaching for teams wishing to compete in our sanctioned trials.
